Walk for LIFE Children’s Privacy Policy

The Crisis Pregnancy Center of Tidewater (“CPC”) is committed to protecting the privacy of children who participate in our Walk for LIFE event and access related online resources. This Children’s Privacy Policy explains our information collection, disclosure, and parental consent practices with respect to information provided by children under the age of 13 (“child” or “children”), as part of their involvement in the Walk for LIFE. This policy is aligned with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) and applies to our practices in the United States regarding children’s personal information.

For children under 13, CPC may collect limited information necessary to participate in Walk for LIFE activities. We strive to limit any data collected to only what is needed to support and enhance their experience at the event.

CPC does not share, sell, or distribute children’s personal information collected for the Walk for LIFE, except as necessary to ensure the safety and security of our participants and to comply with legal requirements.

Parental Consent

CPC may require parental consent before collecting any personal information from children under 13 for certain Walk for LIFE activities. Parents or guardians will be provided with information about the data we may collect and have the option to approve or deny any data collection specific to their child.
